Booking & Availability
You can book directly through our online booking form — fill in your details and it will send a WhatsApp message directly to the admin. You can also call or WhatsApp us at 7003612881 or 9748580626 and we'll confirm your booking immediately.
A small advance payment may be requested to confirm your booking, especially during peak seasons (October–February). We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss payment details.
Check-in is from 12:00 PM noon and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — just let us know in advance.
Food & Dining
Breakfast is included with all room bookings. Lunch and dinner are available for an additional charge (₹150–₹350 per person) and must be requested in advance so we can prepare fresh home-cooked meals. We also offer a full-board option — please ask when booking.
Yes! We cater to vegetarian, vegan, and most dietary needs. Please let us know your requirements while booking and we'll make sure every meal is prepared to suit you.
Travel & Location
By Train: Take the Purulia Express or Rupasimha Express from Howrah to Purulia Junction (~4.5 hrs). Then hire a car/auto to Matha Forest (~35 km, ~1 hr).
By Car: NH60 from Kolkata to Purulia (about 280 km, ~5 hrs), then via Bagmundi to Matha Forest.
We offer pickup: Contact us after booking and we can arrange a pickup from Purulia station via Anushka Tours & Travels.
Absolutely! We welcome families, couples, solo travellers, and groups. We have private rooms (Forest Suite, Nature Cottage, Garden Room) for couples and families, and a dormitory for larger groups and budget travellers. Children are very welcome.
